CFAP Expansion Provides Relief Opportunity for Louisiana Crawfish Industry
U.S. Congressman Garret Graves (R-LA) described the inclusion of Louisiana crawfish in the USDA’s Coronavirus Food Assistance Program (CFAP) as a win.
This week, the USDA announced that 11 farmed seafood products including crawfish are now included in the CFAP, allowing farmers to obtain federal assistance after the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted markets.
