New Study Finds Members of UK Fishing Industry in Poor Health
The University of Exeter recently conducted a study that found that UK workers in the fishing industry "have among the poorest health of all workers in England and Wales." The research found that 2.8% of fishermen reported "bad" or "very bad" health. In addition, 10.3% of those surveyed said that their activities were limited "a lot" or "a little" by long-term illness.
