EEOC Files Suit Alleging Seafood Wholesaler Discriminated Against Women in Warehouse Hiring
The US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has filed a lawsuit alleging that seafood wholesaler Moon N Sea discriminated against qualified female applicants for warehouse positions based on their sex.
According to the suit, KGI Trading GA, Inc. and its affiliated Moon N Sea operations in three states passed over female candidates for warehouse associate roles, allegedly favoring male applicants.
