NOAA Publishes Final Rule to Implement Two Framework Actions for Gulf of Mexico Red Snapper
On December 2 NOAA Fisheries announced a final rule implementing two framework actions under the Fishery Management Plan for the Reef Fish Resources of the Gulf of Mexico; Modifications to Data Calibrations and Annual Catch Limits for Gulf of Mexico Red Snapper.
