Science-Based Targets for Oceans: Waitrose Among World’s First Pilot Businesses

British grocery retailer Waitrose is one of the first five organisations in the world to pilot new science-based targets for nature, specifically relating to ocean conservation in seafood supply chains.
The Science-Based Targets Network (SBTN), which first began verifying large businesses’ nature targets last October, announced the milestone at Climate Action Week in New York.
