Norway Royal Salmon Suing Majority Shareholder NTS
Norway Royal Salmon (NRS) announced late last week that they are suing its majority shareholder, NTS ASA, due to a “breach of contract.”
Fellow Norwegian company NTS placed a bid to acquire all outstanding shares in NRS in July 2021.
