Wind Farms Off the Coast of Brunswick County Scrapped
An independent study recently revealed the offshore wind farms aren’t cost effective at this time, and this means the project is off the table.
This was intended as a solution to reduce the state’s carbon footprint by the year 2030.
But changing political head winds in Raleigh have pushed alternative energy goals back.
