FDA Updates Advisory on South Korean Oysters Over Norovirus Concerns

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) updated its advisory warning restaurants and retailers to not serve or sell certain frozen, raw, half-shell and individually quick frozen (IQF) oysters processed in South Korea.
The FDA said on August 11 that it was aware that additional oysters, processed by JBR KR-15-SP, could be contaminated with norovirus.
