Wild Planet Foods Named in Class Action Over Alleged Arsenic Levels in Canned Sardines

Wild Planet Foods has been named as a defendant in a federal class action lawsuit alleging that one of its canned sardine products contains arsenic levels that exceed California's daily safe exposure threshold and that the company failed to disclose the risk to consumers.
