Local Shrimpers and Town of Mount Pleasant Celebrate Renovations to Shrimp Dock, Processing Facility
The Town of Mount Pleasant celebrated Tuesday the completion of a project meant to revitalize the shrimping industry on Shem Creek.
Town officials said the shrimp dock and processing facility renovations have been several years in the making starting 2019, when the town purchased the property.
