Norway Royal Salmon-owned Arctic Fish Mulling Listing on Merkur Market
Arctic Fish, a company owned 50% by Norway Royal Salmon (NRS) has engaged in talks with DNB Markets, Pareto Securities and Arion Bank as financial advisers to consider a potential listing on the Merkur Market.
The expected listing is planned to take place in Q1 2021.
Norway Royal Salmon does not intend to sell any shares in connection with the potential transaction, and a potential outcome of the process is that NRS surpass 50 % ownership in Arctic Fish following the transaction, the company said in a press release...
