North Carolina Fisheries Association Working on Relief Efforts for Victims of Hurricane Laura
The North Carolina Fisheries Association (NCFA) is currently working on relief efforts for victims of Hurricane Laura in the Gulf region.
Hurricane Laura brought wind gusts up to 135 mph and destroyed areas in Louisiana and Texas. According to Gulf Seafood News, the storm ended up sinking 10 out of 15 shrimp boats that were tied up near Cameron, Louisiana.
