MSC to Continue Remote Assessments and Audits Amid Pandemic
The Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) announced on September 2 that it will continue to permit remote assessments and audits where COVID-19 restrictions prevent on-site procedures.
MSC’s decision is based on its close monitoring of previous derogations for fisheries and chain of custody holders. It will be effective from September 28, 2020 to March 27, 2021.
