Food Safety and Inspection Service Highlights September as Food Safety Education Month
The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) wanted to highlight to the public the importance of health and safety in the kitchen at the start of National Food Safety Education Month.
FSIS noted proper kitchen safety behaviors to keep themselves and the loved ones they are feeding safe from foodborne illness.
