Massachusetts Releases Update On Allocation of $28 Million Received From CARES Act
In early May, over a month after the CARES Act was passed, Secretary of Commerce Wilbur Ross announced the allocation of $300 million in fisheries assistance funding. Of that $300 million, Massachusetts received the third largest amount of funding: $28,004,176. Now, the state is working on setting up the application process to disperse those funds.
