SeaPak Launches Gluten-Free Lighthouse Selections Line of Shrimp Products

SeaPak Shrimp & Seafood Co. announced the launch of its Lighthouse Selections lineup of “lighter” shrimp-based products to its portfolio.

The line is in response to growing consumer demand for healthier meal options. Each of the three items under SeaPak’s Lighthouse Selections are gluten-free; contain fewer ingredients than traditional frozen seafood products, and are also free of trans fats, additives and preservatives. 

“While taste still reigns supreme for consumers, people of all ages and life stages today are focusing more than ever on where their products come from, what ingredients are in them, and how they are made,” said Daryl Miller, the director of marketing for SeaPak Shrimp & Seafood Co. “SeaPak's new Lighthouse Selections lineup allows us to address this growing consumer preference, while remaining true to the high standards for taste and quality that the brand has established over the past 67 years.”
