Young's Seafood Launches Wholetail Scampi with Lighter BreadCrumb Coating for Foodservice

Young's Seafood announced the launch of a lighter bread crumb coating for its Classic Wholetail Scampi offering.
The UK seafood distributor is designed for use in its foodservice scampi offering. Young's said the coating give consumers a lighter breaded option while also meeting caterers' need for consistent portion control.
The frozen product cooks in 3 minutes at 356 degrees Fahrenheit.
