Fish Meal and Fish Oil Producer Alimar to Buy Chilean Salmon Producer Invermar in $14 million deal

Chilean salmon producer Invermar has entered into an agreement that will have fish meal and fish oil producer Alimar acquire 100 percent of Invermar's operations in deal worth $14 million.
Alimar agreed to a tender offer to buy all of Invermar's stock for about US$0.07 per share beginning no later than February 18. The company must purchase no less than 192,536,912 shares according to the deal.
The deal also includes an agreement that the combined debt between Invermar and Alimar does not exceed $69.9 million...
