Alaskan seafood took center stage on one of Indonesia's most popular cooking shows, MasterChef Indonesia, in a high-stakes culinary competition.
During the season finale, which aired March 15, finalists were challenged to create a dish showcasing their culinary expertise using a variety of wild-caught Alaskan seafood, including sockeye, coho, and keta salmon, sablefish, Alaska pollock, yellowfin sole, and halibut presented by the Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute (ASMI).
