Australia: Oysters Pricey, Small and Scarce Thanks to Climate Disasters

Oysters will be scarcer, smaller and more expensive on Christmas tables this year after twin climate disasters in two states - floods that devastated northern NSW leases and the harmful algal bloom that contaminated crops in South Australia.
