Man Drowned After Lifejacket Snagged on Fishing Gear Off Scots Coast

The Marine Accident Investigation Branch has issued a safety bulletin to the fishing industry.
A marine investigator has said it is "extremely regrettable" that a piece of safety equipment played a part in a deckhand being dragged overboard to his death.
