Kodiak Island Borough Assembly Cool on Ocean Iron Proposal

The Kodiak Island Borough Assembly Thursday informally turned down a bid for support from a private ocean iron seeding project.
Kodiakfisherman Rob Lindsey, a partner in Ocean Pasture Restoration, came to last week's work session looking for a borough resolution in support of potentially basing an ocean seeding facility in Kodiak.
