Japan’s January Imports Up 34.8% In Value, Only 2.4% In Volume
According to the January customs statistics released by the Ministry of Finance on February 25, imports of marine products (including non-edibles) were 184,854 tons, 150,501.39 million yen ($1297.08 million). Quantity increased 2.4%, and a significant 34.8% increase in value.
