Former Alaska Governor Bill Walker Throws His Hat in the Ring for 2022 Gubernatorial Bid
Anchorage, Alaska – Yesterday former Governor Bill Walker, 70, announced he is running for governor in the 2022 election. He was joined by former Labor and Workforce Development Commissioner Heidi Drygas, 43, who announced her candidacy as Lieutenant Governor on a joint ticket. Both were born in Fairbanks and are lifelong Alaskans.
