David Guas Crowned 2019 Wild American Shrimp Chef of the Year
David Guas, owner of the Bayou Bakery Coffee Bar & Eatery in Arlington, Virginia was named the Wild American Shrimp Chef of the Year.
Guas will now reign as the American Shrimp Processors Association (ASPA)’s “Admiral of Advocacy”. Guas will spearhead efforts to promote the benefits and quality of wild-caught U.S. shrimp.
