Findus Group Confirms Exclusive Talks to Sell Parts of its Business, Not Including Young's, to Nomad

Major European frozen food and seafood distributor Findus Group has confirmed that it is in exclusive talks with Nomad Holdings to sell off parts of its business, not including its Young's Seafood Limited subsidiary.
"The Findus Group would like to announce that preliminary discussions are being held on an exclusive basis with Nomad Holdings Ltd regarding a potential sale of the Findus continental European businesses. The scope of these discussions includes Findus Nordic (including Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark) and Findus Southern Europe (including France, Spain and Belgium) but not Young’s Seafood Limited, Findus Group’s leading fish and seafood company in the UK," Findus said in a statement.
