BJ's Featuring Fresh Norwegian Salmon Fillets Under Chef's Catch Brand

BJ’s Wholesale Club is expanding its seafood assortment to include fresh, ocean-farmed, salmon fillets imported directly from Norway.
John Gorham, seafood buyer at BJ’s Wholesale Club, said, "Providing “Chef’s Catch Brand” Norwegian salmon fillets is another way we are delighting our Members with new, exciting and healthy seafood options in our clubs.”
The “Chef’s Catch Brand” salmon fillets are processed under USDC continuous seafood inspection and meet all of BJ’s seafood sustainability requirements for farmed salmon.
