CEO of Fishin' company tells Chinese tilapia farmers they will have to accept higher costs

In a recent interview, Manish Kumar, CEO of The Fishin' Company, attempted to tell Chinese farmers what was important to the US retail tilapia export market. He was interviewed by Fisheries Advance Magazine. Kumar's company is a major importer of tilapia and a supplier to Walmart.
His basic message was that farmers would face higher costs, that will not be reimbursed by retailers, and therefore only with increased production efficiency and standardization can they absorb the costs and maintain thier position in the export market.
