Wegman's official describes the advantages of Open Blue cobia

First, what’s cobia taste like? It is a very firm fish that some liken to mahi-mahi. It is quite mild, with a moist texture. I have pan-seared it, and even grilled it. As with all seafood…don’t overcook!
What’s different about our supplier, Open Blue, is that their aquaculture farm is in the deep sea, far from shore and sensitive ecosystems. The fish are stocked at low densities, in large open ocean net pens so they can swim freely; it’s said they “never see the same water twice.”
