With over $1 billion in seafood sales to Europe in 2013, Chile to increase its Brussels show effort

Chile once again lands in Brussels to participate in the Global Seafood Expo 2014, with 21 Chilean companies producing salmon, hake and mussels, fish, crustaceans etc. . These are: Australis Seafoods, Chile Seafoods Comercial, Camanchaca, Cisandina Chile, AquaChile, Friosur, GEOMAR, Pesquera Catalunya, Integra Chile, Marine Farm, Orizon, Pacific Gold, Landes, Pesquera Villa Alegre, Piscícola Entre Ríos, Aysen Salmon, Salmon Pacific Star, Sudmaris, St. Andrews, and South Ventisqueros Corp. These companies Invermar 21, Fjords and Multiexport Foods participate with own stands added, as they did last year.
According to Pro-Chile, product shipments of Chilean seafood totaled U.S. $ 5,271 million in 2013, a 16% increase over the previous period, in which exports totaled U.S. $ 4,560 million.
