Open Blue signs distribution deal with T&T Asian supermarkets in Canada for its farmed cobia

Open Blue, which raises cobia in an offshore aquaculture facility, announced that Canada’s largest Asian supermarket chain now carries Open Blue Cobia. The company says that since hitting the shelves of the 22 T&T Supermarkets in January of this year, sales have been growing rapidly.
Part of Loblaw Companies Limited, T&T is the largest chain of Asian supermarkets across Canada and is known for carrying many unique Asian foods. A popular destination in the stores is the seafood department and fresh fish counter. Cobia is a versatile and high quality fish that makes it ideal for many Asian style recipes.
