Feds, Sipekne'katik First Nation Fight Nova Scotia Fishermen's Request for Court Clarification on 'Moderate Livelihood' Rights
The federal government and Sipekne'katik First Nation are asking the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia not to weigh in on the extent of the band's claimed right to a self-governed treaty fishery.
