China Begins Importing Pollock Roe From Russia in 2025, Already Purchases Over 500 Tonnes – PCA
China, one of the major consumers of Russian fish products, began importing pollock roe from Russia this year and has already purchased over 500 tonnes of it to date, the Pollock Catchers Association (PCA) said.
Samples of new products made from it targeting Chinese consumers will be presented at Asia's largest seafood exhibition, China Fisheries & Seafood, the PCA said.
