Salmon Season is Winding Down

Weary weir watchers from the Alaska Department of Fish and Game have been deconstructing their fish funneling devices all around the Kodiak Salmon Management Area as the commercial salmon season winds down. They are still counting fish in the Chignik, Karluk and Buskin rivers, as well as Upper Station which is located at the south end, where Olga Creek flows into Olga Bay.
