FDA Expands Recall Dates for Korean Frozen Oysters Linked to Norovirus Concerns
The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has broadened its advisory on Korean frozen oysters, announcing on August 20 that more batches should not be eaten because of norovirus concerns.
The latest update from the FDA said it expanded the date of the potentially impacted product from February 7, 2025, through August 7, 2025. So, the product of concern is now all oysters harvested from December 30, 2024, and August 7, 2025.
