Crescent City Harbor has $1M in Damage Following Tsunami

The powerful tsunami that pounded Crescent City on California's north coast caused an estimated $1 million worth of damage to the harbor, officials said Friday in a first detailed accounting of the wreckage.
The deluge destroyed a floating concrete dock plus utility infrastructure throughout the harbor's port system, including electrical wiring, potable water lines and fire suppression equipment, according to the report from Harbormaster Mike Rademaker.
