Two Alaska Fishing Bills Become Law Without Governor's Signature

Two bills became law without Gov. Mike Dunleavy's signature Thursday. The laws, largely led by Rep. Louise Stutes, R-Kodiak, address items like commercial vessels registration, commercial fishing insurance and repeals the Derelict Vessel Preventing Program Fund.
