ALDI Growing In Southeast Through Acquisition Of Winn-Dixie and Harveys Supermarket
Grocery retailer ALDI announced on Wednesday that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Winn-Dixie and Harveys Supermarket. The planned acquisition is part of the retailer’s plans to grow in the Southeast.
ALDI first entered into the Southeast in the mid-1990s, investing $2.5 billion in the region since then.
