Coloplast to Acquire Fish Skin Wound Care Company Kerecis For $1.2 Billion
Coloplast announced last week that they have entered into an agreement to acquire Kerecis, an Icelandic company that is using fish skin to advance wound care. The deal is worth $1.3 USD.
