Update On Sale Of Frøy to Goldman Sachs Asset Management
Earlier this month it was confirmed that Frøy ASA, a Norway-based integrated aqua service company, was being sold to Goldman Sachs Asset Management for nearly $600 million. Now, NTS AS, a wholly owned subsidiary of SalMar ASA and Frøy ASA, is providing an update on regulatory approvals for the acquisition.
