Supreme Court Shoots Down StarKist Appeal Linked to Class-Action Tuna Price-Fixing Case

The U.S. Supreme Court will not hear a case brought forward by tuna canner StarKist as it hoped to avoid a class-action lawsuit involving buyers of canned tuna impacted by the price-fixing scheme.
