CDC Declares 15-State Salmonella Outbreak Linked to Colorado Seafood Company Over

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has ended a Salmonella Thompson outbreak linked to a Colorado-based seafood company Northeast Seafood Products that led to 115 illnesses across 15 states.
The FDA and CDC cited that seafood manufactured or processed by Northeast Seafood Products led to the illnesses, with the majority of cases in Colorado. The seafood was sold to restaurants and grocery stores in the state.
