Norway’s Nergård Group, Norsk Sjømat Merge, Eyeing Stock Exchange Listing During Q4

A pair of leading Norwegian seafood companies have merged, looking to create a stock exchange listing in the final quarter of 2020.
The Nergård Group and Norsk Sjømat AS have joined forces. Tommy Torvanger, Nergård’s CEO and the new head manager of the group, said the move will develop the industry, create new jobs and drive value for Northern Norway and the rest of the country.
