Department of Commerce Releases Final Results of Antidumping Duty Review on Shrimp from Vietnam
In April the Department of Commerce published in the Federal Register the preliminary results of the 13th administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain warmwater shrimp from Vietnam. The Department of Commerce has since released the final results of the antidumping administrative review, and determined that sales by Fimex VN and Nha Trang Seaproduct Company were "not made below normal value" during the period of review from February 1, 2017 and January 31, 2018.
