Nordsee, the German fast-seafood restaurant chain, is enhancing its menu and welcoming franchisees to compete with fast-food giants like McDonald's. Heiner Kamps, a former investor with a solid track record in food chains has acquired a new stake. Nordsee's current menu highlights Alaska pollock and Atlantic salmon.
The minority stake that Heiner Kamps has acquired in the Nordsee seafood fast-food chain isn’t his biggest catch. But it’s an important one to the entrepreneur who once owned part of the chain and has decided to return.
