The 21st edition of Alaska's Symphony of Seafood new product competition will feature an additional venue in Juneau along with a new category for best seafood by-products.
The Alaska Fisheries Development Foundation (AFDF) has announced its Call for Product for the 2015 contest with all entrants required to submit their products by December 31.
