A federal court has entered a permanent injunction against Gold Star Distribution, Inc., barring the Minneapolis-based multi-commodity warehouse operator from distributing any FDA-regulated products — including seafood, food, drugs, medical devices, and cosmetics — until it overhauls its operations to meet federal sanitary requirements, the FDA announced September 23.
