USDA Awards $2M to Invasive Catfish Processors in Maryland, Illinois

The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) announced that seafood processors in Maryland and Illinois will receive $2 million to create improved markets for invasive wild-caught catfish via the Meat and Poultry Processing Expansion Program.
