Yankee Fishermen's Co-op, Seabrook Close to New Deal to Remain at Harbor
The town is close to finalizing a new lease agreement with the Yankee Fisherman's Cooperative, which will keep the group at Seabrook Harbor.
Town Manager Bill Manzi said after what he referred to as "amicable" negotiations, a draft lease agreement is currently being reviewed by the lawyers, with hopes it will be ready for final signatures by both parties soon. Manzi said the final terms will be released after the lease is signed.
