Brazil and US Schedule New Round of Tariff Negotiations
In another attempt to break the impasse over U.S. tariffs, Brazil’s Foreign Minister Mauro Vieira held new talks on Wednesday (12) with U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio. During a meeting in Canada, Mr. Vieira informed the American diplomat that the Brazilian government had submitted, on November 4, a negotiation proposal regarding the surtaxes imposed on Brazilian products.
